09 - 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
10 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
11 - 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg

13 - 1 cup organic raisins, soaked and drained
14 - 2 cups marshmallows

→ Topping

15 - 1 1/2 cups raw pecans
16 - 1/4 cup pure maple syrup

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Mix the sweet potatoes with olive oil, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a bowl until evenly coated. Spread the sweet potatoes on the sheet in a single layer and bake for 50-60 minutes until tender, charred, and golden. Allow to cool slightly.
02 - Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish. In a bowl, combine roasted sweet potatoes, milk, vanilla, brown sugar, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, raisins, and marshmallows. Mix well, allowing some sweet potatoes to mash. Spread the mixture evenly in the baking dish. Add butter pieces and a few extra marshmallows by gently pressing them into the mixture.
03 - In a bowl, mix pecans and maple syrup. Spread the topping evenly over the sweet potato mixture. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes in the preheated oven. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the topping is golden brown and marshmallows are melted. Let cool slightly before serving.
