02 - 230 g provolone cheese, sliced
03 - 1 cup mixed bell peppers, chopped
04 - 1 medium sweet onion, chopped
05 - 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
06 - 4 low-carb tortillas

# How to Make It:

01 - Slice the beef into thin strips. Chop mixed bell peppers and onion evenly.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onions and bell peppers and cook, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are softened, about 5 to 7 minutes.
