01 - 900 g sweet potatoes, peeled and chopped
02 - 60 g unsalted butter
03 - 60 ml raw honey
04 - 120 ml whole milk or heavy cream

# How to Make It:

01 - Peel sweet potatoes and cut them into uniform chunks. Transfer to a large saucepan and cover with cold water.
02 - Place the saucepan over medium-high heat and bring to a boil. Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, or until sweet potatoes are fork-tender. Drain thoroughly.
03 - Return the drained sweet potatoes to the pot, then mash with a potato masher or hand blender until completely smooth.
04 - While still warm, add unsalted butter and honey to the mashed sweet potatoes, mixing until melted and well combined.
