Cook macaroni in boiling salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain thoroughly and set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, add shredded chicken breast, BBQ sauce, honey, and milk. Stir thoroughly to evenly coat the chicken.

Add the drained macaroni and 100 grams low-fat cheese to the chicken mixture. Mix until all components are well blended.

Spoon the mixture into a baking dish. If desired, sprinkle additional cheese on top.

Place the baking dish in a preheated oven at 175°C and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until heated through and cheese is melted and bubbling.

Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly. Portion into meal prep containers and garnish with sliced green onions if desired.

Store prepared portions in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Reheat thoroughly before serving.
