# Ingredients List:

01 - 900 g Yukon Gold potatoes, cut into 2.5 cm wedges
02 - 120 ml extra virgin olive oil
03 - 60 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
04 - 4 cloves garlic, finely minced
05 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
06 - 0.5 teaspoon fine sea salt
07 - 0.25 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
08 - 120 ml low-sodium chicken broth or water

# How to Make It:

01 - Set the oven to 200°C and allow it to fully preheat.
02 - Combine potato wedges with olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Toss thoroughly to ensure even coating.
03 - Arrange the seasoned potatoes in a single layer on a spacious baking sheet.
04 - Pour the chicken broth or water evenly over the potato wedges.
05 - Place the baking sheet in the oven and roast for 45–55 minutes, turning the potatoes once halfway through, until they are soft inside and golden with crisped edges.
06 - Remove from oven and serve hot as a flavourful side.
