01 - 450 g ground chicken
02 - 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
03 - 1 cup (100 g) grated Parmesan cheese, divided
04 - 1 cup (60 g) plain or Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs
05 - 2 large eggs
06 - 1 medium onion, diced
07 - 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
08 - 1 teaspoon salt
09 - 1 teaspoon black pepper

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C. Lightly grease a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
02 - Heat a skillet over medium heat and sauté diced onions until softened, about 5 minutes.
03 - In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, sautéed onions, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, eggs, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and half the Parmesan cheese. Mix until evenly incorporated.
04 - Shape the mixture into a loaf and place into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese over the top. Add paprika or Italian seasoning if desired.
05 - Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 74°C. Allow to rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
