# Ingredients List:

01 - 1 lb ground sausage, mild or spicy
02 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
03 - 1 cup sour cream
04 - 1 ½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
05 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
06 - 10 oz can diced tomatoes with green chilies (Rotel), drained
07 - 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
08 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
09 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
10 - ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper, optional
11 - Salt and black pepper to taste
12 - Fresh parsley or green onions, chopped (for garnish)

# How to Make It:

01 - In a large skillet over medium heat, cook sausage until browned and crumbly. Drain excess grease.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
03 - Stir in the cooked sausage, diced tomatoes with green chilies, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Mix well to combine.
04 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread the mixture evenly in a greased 9x9 or 8x8 baking dish. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
