06 - 1 tablespoon butter
07 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
08 - 1 cup heavy cream
09 - 1/4 cup chicken broth
10 - 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
11 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
12 - 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
13 - 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika

→ Mashed Potatoes

14 - 4 medium russet potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
15 - 1/2 cup milk
16 - 1/4 cup butter
17 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ Green Beans

18 - 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
19 - 2 tablespoons butter
20 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
21 - 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
22 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Peel and cut the potatoes into chunks. Boil in a pot of salted water over high heat for 15-20 minutes until fork-tender. Drain and mash until smooth, adding butter and milk. Season with salt and pepper to taste, cover, and set aside.
02 - Pat shrimp and salmon dry. Generously season with Cajun seasoning. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque. Remove shrimp and set aside. Add butter to the skillet, cook salmon skin side down for 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through and flaky. Remove and set aside.
03 - In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream, chicken broth, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Simmer for 4-5 minutes until slightly thickened. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Return the shrimp and salmon, spooning sauce over them. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
04 - Blanch green beans in salted boiling water for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp. Drain. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat, sauté garlic and red pepper flakes (if used) until fragrant. Toss in green beans, sautéing for 3-4 minutes until caramelized. Season with salt and pepper.
05 - Place mashed potatoes on plates, top with salmon and shrimp. Spoon garlic cream sauce over seafood and potatoes. Add green beans on the side and garnish with herbs or lemon wedges if desired. Serve immediately.
