06 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
07 - 3 large eggs
08 - 1/2 cup sour cream

09 - 3 large apples, peeled, cored, and thinly sliced
10 - 1/4 cup brown sugar
11 - 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
12 - 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

13 - 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
14 - 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
15 - 1/3 cup brown sugar
16 - 1/4 tsp salt
17 - 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
18 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
02 - Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
03 - Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract, eggs, and sour cream, mixing until well combined.
04 - Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust, smoothing the top evenly.
