Prepare the stuffing mix according to the package directions.

In a medium-sized saucepan, mix the gravy packets with the water and cream of chicken soup. Stir well and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for a few minutes until thickened.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Spoon 1/4 cup of stuffing onto each turkey slice. Roll up each slice tightly and place seam side down in a greased 9×13-inch glass baking pan.

Pour about 1 cup of prepared gravy over the turkey rolls. Cover the baking pan tightly with foil.

Bake the turkey roll-ups for 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
