Turkey Cranberry Sliders (Print Version)

Savory-sweet Hawaiian roll sliders featuring holiday turkey, cranberry sauce, and melted cheese in a buttery herb sauce.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 package Hawaiian Sweet Rolls, 12 count
02 - 2 cups diced turkey
03 - 1 cup cranberry sauce or relish
04 - 6 slices Swiss cheese or preferred cheese
05 - 6 tablespoons butter
06 - 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
07 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
08 - 1/2 tablespoon dried minced onion
09 - Salt and pepper to taste
10 - Parmesan cheese (optional, for topping)
11 - Dried parsley (optional, for topping)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
02 - Cover a 9x13-inch baking pan with foil and spray with cooking spray.
03 - Remove the rolls from the package in a single piece and cut them in half lengthwise to create one slab of tops and one slab of bottoms.
04 - Place the bottom slab of rolls in the prepared pan. Layer with diced turkey, cranberry sauce, and cheese. Warm the cranberry sauce slightly, if needed, for a spreadable consistency.
05 - Place the top slab of rolls over the layered filling.
06 - Melt butter in the microwave and whisk in yellow mustard, Worcestershire sauce, dried minced onion, salt, and pepper.
07 - Pour the butter mixture evenly over the rolls.
08 - Cover the assembled sliders with foil and let them sit for 5-10 minutes.
09 - Bake the covered sliders for 20 minutes.
10 - Uncover the sliders and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
11 - Optionally, sprinkle Parmesan cheese and dried parsley over the top.
12 - Slice the sliders into individual portions and serve warm.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Toasting the roll bottoms beforehand can help prevent sogginess from the butter mixture.
