# Ingredients List:

01 - 1 lb ground beef, chicken, or turkey
02 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
03 - 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
04 - 1 tsp Chinese 5-spice powder
05 - 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce or tamari
06 - 1 tbsp Thai chili sauce
07 - 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
08 - 8 small flour tortillas or rice paper
09 - 2 Persian cucumbers, julienned
10 - 1 cup fresh cilantro leaves
11 - 1 cup Thai basil or Italian basil
12 - 3 green onions, chopped
13 - ½ cup roasted peanuts, chopped

14 - 1 tbsp honey
15 - 1 tbsp ketchup
16 - 1 tbsp chili paste
17 - 1 tsp lime zest
18 - 1 tbsp lime juice
19 - 1 tbsp rice vinegar

21 - 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
22 - 1 clove garlic, grated

# How to Make It:

01 - In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, chili sauce, sesame oil, and Chinese 5-spice powder.
02 - In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Add garlic and ginger, and cook for 2 minutes.
03 - Stir in the prepared sauce mix and cook until the beef is glazed and slightly caramelized.
04 - Warm tortillas or soften rice paper as per package instructions.
05 - Lay out the wrap, add beef mixture, cilantro, basil, cucumber, green onions, and peanuts. Roll tightly.
06 - In a bowl, whisk together honey, ketchup, chili paste, lime zest, lime juice, rice vinegar, tamari, ginger, and garlic.
