# Ingredients:

→ Chicken

01 - 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, diced
02 - 1 tsp olive oil

→ Teriyaki Sauce

03 - 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
04 - 1/4 cup water
05 - 1 tbsp honey
06 - 1 tbsp rice vinegar
07 - 1 tbsp cornstarch
08 - 1 tsp sesame oil
09 - 2 tsp fresh ginger, grated
10 - 2 cloves garlic, minced

→ For Serving

11 - Sweet gem lettuce
12 - 1 tsp sesame seeds
13 - Green onion, sliced

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Combine soy sauce, water, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, cornstarch, ginger, and garlic in a bowl.
02 - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add diced chicken and cook for 5 minutes on one side. Flip with a spatula and cook for an additional 3 minutes until slightly browned.
03 - Pour the prepared sauce into the skillet, ensuring all chicken pieces are coated. Reduce heat and cook for 3-5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
04 - Layout sweet gem lettuce leaves and fill each with teriyaki chicken. Top with sesame seeds and sliced green onion.
