Strawberry Mousse (Print Version)

A light, fluffy whipped strawberry dessert that's perfect for any occasion and takes just minutes to prepare.

# Ingredients:

→ Base ingredients

01 - 8 oz cream cheese or coconut cream
02 - 4 oz yogurt or additional cream cheese or coconut cream
03 - 1 cup powdered sugar or sugar free alternative
04 - 5 medium-size strawberries
05 - Optional 1/4 tsp vanilla bean paste

# Steps to Follow:

01 - If using cream cheese, let it come to room temperature. If using coconut cream, ensure the can contains thick and creamy content. Avoid hard or flaky coconut cream as it will not work well for mousse.
02 - Remove stems from strawberries and blend or mash them until pureed.
03 - Combine the pureed strawberries with the remaining ingredients. Blend until completely smooth using a food processor, blender, or hand mixer.
04 - Transfer the mixture to serving dishes and refrigerate. The mousse will thicken considerably as it chills.
