# Ingredients List:

→ Cake Base

01 - 1 box strawberry cake mix
02 - Oil, eggs, and water as specified on cake mix packaging

→ Cream Cheese Swirl

03 - 225 grams cream cheese, softened
04 - 60 grams powdered sugar
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

→ Strawberry Glaze

06 - 150 grams fresh strawberries, mashed
07 - 67 grams granulated sugar
08 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
09 - 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon water

→ Garnish

10 - Fresh strawberries, sliced
11 - White chocolate, melted, for drizzling (optional)

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 175°C. Grease a rectangular baking dish. Prepare the strawberry cake mix according to package instructions using the specified eggs, oil, and water.
02 - Pour prepared cake batter into the greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
03 - In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth and creamy.
04 - Distribute spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture across the cake batter. Using a knife, gently swirl the cream cheese into the batter to create a marbled effect.
05 - Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center emerges clean.
06 - While baking, combine mashed strawberries, granulated sugar, and lemon juice in a saucepan. Heat over medium until sugar dissolves, then stir in the cornstarch-water mixture. Simmer until thickened, then remove from heat.
07 - Allow the baked cake to cool slightly in the dish. Evenly drizzle with the freshly prepared strawberry glaze.
08 - Garnish with additional sliced fresh strawberries and, if desired, a drizzle of melted white chocolate. Slice only once sufficiently cooled for cleaner portions.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for a smooth filling.
02 - Adjust sweetness of strawberry glaze to taste, depending on berry ripeness.
03 - Allow the cake to cool before slicing to achieve neat portions.
