→ Main Ingredients

01 - 2 cups frozen strawberries
02 - 1/2 cup pineapple juice
03 - 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
04 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
05 - 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Combine frozen strawberries, pineapple juice, coconut milk, lemon juice, and powdered sugar in a high-powered blender or food processor. Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Add more pineapple juice or coconut milk if needed to adjust the consistency.
02 - Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness if necessary by adding more powdered sugar. Blend again until well combined.
03 - For a soft-serve texture, serve the Dole Whip immediately by spooning it into bowls or piping it using a piping bag for a classic swirl effect.
04 - For a firmer texture, transfer the mixture to a freezer-safe container and freeze for 20-30 minutes, stirring halfway through for even freezing.
05 - Serve as is or garnish with fresh strawberry slices, a sprig of mint, or a drizzle of honey.

# Additional Notes:

01 - You can substitute coconut milk with almond milk, oat milk, or dairy milk as per your preference.
02 - Adjust the sweetness by using honey, agave syrup, or stevia as alternatives to powdered sugar.
03 - Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a week. Let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving to soften.
