Savory Steak Bites & Pasta (Print Version)

Juicy steak pieces with al dente shells in a velvety parmesan cream sauce - ready in just 30 minutes for a perfect weeknight dinner.

# Ingredients:

→ For the Steak Bites

01 - 12 oz steak (ribeye, sirloin, or filet mignon), cut into bite-sized pieces
02 - Salt and black pepper, to taste
03 - 2 tbsp olive oil

→ For the Pasta and Sauce

04 - 8 oz shell pasta
05 - 3 tbsp unsalted butter
06 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
07 - 1 cup heavy cream
08 - 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
09 - Salt and black pepper, to taste
10 - 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
11 - Reserved pasta water, as needed

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Boil salted water and cook pasta until al dente. Reserve pasta water.
02 - Season steak, then sear in olive oil until browned. Set aside.
03 - Sauté garlic in butter, then add cream and Parmesan. Season and simmer.
04 - Toss pasta in the sauce, adjusting consistency with pasta water if needed.
05 - Plate pasta, top with steak bites, and garnish with parsley. Enjoy!
