Arrange the chicken breasts on a cutting board and drizzle evenly with oil. In a small bowl, combine paprika, 0.5 teaspoon salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. Sprinkle the mixture uniformly over both sides of each breast.

With a sharp knife, carefully slice a pocket lengthwise into the side of each chicken breast without cutting through completely. Set aside.

In a separate bowl, thoroughly combine cream cheese, Parmesan, mayonnaise, chopped spinach, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, and the remaining 0.5 teaspoon salt until smooth.

Evenly spoon the prepared spinach mixture into the pockets of each chicken breast.

Arrange the stuffed chicken breasts in the baking dish. Bake uncovered for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 74°C and the chicken is fully cooked.
