Spicy Chili Garlic Deviled Eggs (Print Version)

Creamy eggs with a spicy chili garlic kick, topped with crispy onions and smoked paprika for a crowd-pleasing appetizer.

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 12 large eggs
02 - 1/3 cup mayonnaise
03 - 1 1/2 tablespoons chili garlic sauce

→ Garnishes

04 - Smoked paprika
05 - Crispy fried onions

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Place the eggs in a pot and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil, then lower the heat to simmer for 10 minutes. Transfer eggs to an ice bath for easy peeling.
02 - Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise. Scoop out the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.
03 - Mash the yolks with mayonnaise and chili garlic sauce until smooth and creamy. Adjust the spice level by adding more chili garlic sauce if desired.
04 - Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites. Use a piping bag with a star tip for a decorative presentation if preferred.
05 - Sprinkle smoked paprika over the eggs and top with crispy fried onions. Serve immediately or chill in the fridge until ready to serve.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days, keeping garnishes separate until just before serving.
02 - Freezing is not recommended as the texture of the eggs changes after freezing.
