01 - 
                Place the ground turkey in a pan with about 1/4 cup water over medium-high heat. Cover and cook for 4-5 minutes.

                Uncover the pan and add turmeric, crushed red pepper flakes, black pepper, coriander, cumin, 1 tsp of paprika, and 1 minced garlic clove. Stir and cook uncovered for 2-3 minutes until excess water has evaporated.

                Reduce heat to medium. Stir in the chopped carrot and red bell pepper. Add the cauliflower rice, 1 tbsp olive oil, the remaining tsp of paprika, and salt. Stir, then cover the pan and let it cook for 3-4 minutes.

                Uncover the pan and stir in the remaining 3 minced garlic cloves, pickled jalapenos, and the other tbsp olive oil. Stir for 2 more minutes, then serve.
