# Ingredients:

01 - 12 oz spaghetti
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
05 - 2 cups fresh spinach
06 - 1 cup heavy cream
07 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
08 - Salt and pepper to taste
09 - Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Boil the spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
02 - In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
03 - Stir in the sun-dried tomatoes and spinach, cooking until the spinach wilts.
