Slow Cooker Steak Potatoes Corn (Print Version)

Juicy steak, potatoes, and corn slowly simmered in garlic butter sauce for a complete one-pot meal with minimal effort.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1.5 lbs steak, cubed (sirloin recommended)
02 - 1.5-2 lbs gold or baby potatoes, whole if small or quartered/halved if larger
03 - 3 corn on the cob, halved or cut into thirds

→ Garlic Butter Seasoning

04 - 1/2 cup salted butter
05 - 4 garlic cloves, roughly chopped
06 - 2 tsp salt
07 - 1/2 tsp pepper
08 - 1 tsp paprika
09 - 1 tsp thyme
10 - 1/2 tsp rosemary
11 - 1/2 tsp onion powder

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Add the halved corn to one side of the slow cooker and the potatoes to the other side.
02 - Place the cubed steak in the middle of the slow cooker.
03 - Melt the butter in a small bowl in the microwave (approximately 30 seconds). Add the chopped garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, thyme, rosemary, and onion powder. Mix thoroughly.
04 - Spoon the prepared garlic butter sauce over the steak and potatoes to ensure even distribution.
05 - Cover the slow cooker with its lid and cook on LOW for 5-6 hours, or until the potatoes are tender.
06 - Serve the steak, potatoes, and corn with the garlic butter sauce from the slow cooker drizzled over everything.
