Grilled Shrimp & Pineapple Skewers (Print Version)

Juicy shrimp and sweet pineapple chunks grilled with lime and olive oil for a quick, flavorful tropical-inspired dish.

# Ingredients:

01 - 10 oz large shrimp, peeled and deveined (280 g)
02 - 1 cup pineapple chunks (165 g)
03 - 1 tbsp olive oil (15 mL)
04 - Juice of ½ lime (15 mL)
05 - Salt and pepper to taste
06 - Wooden or metal skewers

# Steps to Follow:

01 - In a bowl, toss the shrimp and pineapple chunks with olive oil, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Marinate for 15–20 minutes to let the flavors mingle.
02 - Thread the shrimp and pineapple alternately onto skewers.
03 - Grill over medium-high heat for about 2–3 minutes per side, until the shrimp are pink and slightly charred, and the pineapple is caramelized at the edges.
04 - Serve immediately, with an extra squeeze of lime if desired.
