# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb fresh skinless salmon fillets
02 - 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
03 - 1 large egg
04 - 2 tbsp fresh dill or parsley, chopped
05 - 2 tbsp lemon juice

→ Sauce Ingredients

06 - 1 ripe avocado
07 - ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
08 - ½ tsp garlic powder
09 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
02 - Flake the salmon into small pieces in a large bowl. Add breadcrumbs, egg, herbs, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; mix until combined.
