# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
02 - 12 oz fettuccine pasta
03 - 1 cup heavy cream
04 - 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
05 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 2 tbsp unsalted butter
07 - Salt and pepper to taste
08 - Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Cook fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain, reserving some pasta water.
02 - In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).
03 - Gradually stir in heavy cream and then add Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
04 - Mix in shredded chicken and season with salt and pepper.
05 - Combine cooked fettuccine with the sauce, adding reserved pasta water as needed for desired consistency.
