Preheat oven to 200°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Unroll the puff pastry and cut into three equal strips.

Place 10 pepperoni slices in a row along the centre of each strip.

Arrange two pieces of string cheese over the pepperoni on each strip.

Fold the pastry edges over the fillings and pinch firmly to seal the seams. Slice each filled strip into 2.5 cm wide pieces.

Place pizza bites cut side up on the prepared baking sheet. Brush each with beaten egg.

Sprinkle grated parmesan, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning evenly over the top.
