12 - Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

# How to Make It:

02 - Add minced garlic and chopped onion. Sauté for 2 minutes until fragrant and translucent.
03 - Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir to combine and bring to a boil.
04 - Add uncooked pasta to the pot. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is al dente.
05 - Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce is creamy. Add paprika, salt, and black pepper to taste.
06 - Let rest for 2 minutes to thicken slightly. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve hot.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
02 - Reheat gently on the stovetop or in the microwave with a splash of milk or broth to loosen the sauce.
03 - For variation, add spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, or mushrooms. Substitute kielbasa with turkey sausage or chicken if preferred.
04 - To make dairy-free, use coconut cream and vegan cheese as alternatives.
