15-Minute Pepperoni Pizza Quesadillas (Print-Friendly Version)

# Ingredients List:

01 - 225 grams mozzarella cheese, shredded
02 - 115 grams pepperoni, sliced
03 - 4 large wheat flour tortillas
04 - 30 grams butter, softened

# How to Make It:

01 - Evenly spread softened butter on one side of each tortilla.
02 - Place two tortillas, buttered side down, onto a large skillet over medium heat. Distribute half of the mozzarella cheese and half of the sliced pepperoni over each tortilla.
03 - Cover each filled tortilla with a second tortilla, buttered side facing up.
04 - Cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cheese is fully melted.
05 - Remove from the skillet, slice into wedges, and serve hot.
