Evenly spread softened butter on one side of each tortilla.

Place two tortillas, buttered side down, onto a large skillet over medium heat. Distribute half of the mozzarella cheese and half of the sliced pepperoni over each tortilla.

Cover each filled tortilla with a second tortilla, buttered side facing up.

Cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cheese is fully melted.
