Unroll crescent dough and separate into individual triangles.

In a bowl, blend brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and pinch of salt.

Brush each dough triangle with melted butter, reserving a small amount for later use.

Sprinkle the sugar and cinnamon mixture evenly over each buttered triangle.

Place several pecan halves at the wide end of each triangle.

Roll up each triangle from the wide end, tucking the point underneath to secure. Set each roll on the prepared tray, spacing apart.

In a clean bowl, mix light corn syrup with vanilla extract.
