Flaky crescent rolls wrapped around brown sugar-pecan filling for a sweet, nutty treat.

# Ingredients List:

01 - 1 can (8 pieces) refrigerated crescent roll dough
02 - 120 grams pecan halves
03 - 110 grams packed brown sugar
04 - 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
05 - 60 millilitres unsalted butter, melted
06 - 60 millilitres light corn syrup
07 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
08 - Pinch of salt

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Unroll crescent dough and separate into individual triangles.
03 - In a bowl, blend brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and pinch of salt.
04 - Brush each dough triangle with melted butter, reserving a small amount for later use.
05 - Sprinkle the sugar and cinnamon mixture evenly over each buttered triangle.
06 - Place several pecan halves at the wide end of each triangle.
07 - Roll up each triangle from the wide end, tucking the point underneath to secure. Set each roll on the prepared tray, spacing apart.
08 - In a clean bowl, mix light corn syrup with vanilla extract.
09 - Brush tops with remaining melted butter and drizzle each roll with the corn syrup mixture.
10 - Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden brown and fully cooked.
11 - Allow to cool for at least 5 minutes before serving.

# Extra Tips:

01 - For a more pronounced toasted flavour, lightly toast pecans before use.
02 - Walnuts may be substituted for pecans if preferred.
03 - Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for added indulgence.
04 - Allow to cool before tasting to prevent burns from hot syrup.
