A vibrant summer dish with juicy peaches, avocado, and feta cheese tossed with spinach and a honey vinaigrette.

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 cups spinach, slightly chopped
02 - 3 large peaches, sliced
03 - 1 avocado, sliced
04 - ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
05 - 2 tablespoons chopped pecans
06 - ¼ cup fresh basil leaves

→ Dressing

07 - ¼ cup olive oil
08 - 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
09 - 1 tablespoon honey
10 - ¼ teaspoon salt
11 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
02 - Create a bed of spinach in a large salad bowl. Add the sliced peaches and sliced avocado on top. Sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese and chopped pecans.
03 - Pour the prepared dressing over the salad and top with fresh torn basil leaves.
