# Ingredients:

01 - 800 g peeled and sliced ripe yellow peaches, fresh or frozen
02 - 200 g caster sugar
03 - 1 tbsp lemon juice, to taste

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Slice the peaches into 8 pieces and peel each slice.
02 - Place the peach slices and sugar into a food processor. Process until smooth, scraping down the sides as necessary.
03 - Once the mixture is smooth, gradually add lemon juice to taste.
04 - Transfer the mixture to a container and freeze for 6-7 hours, or until firm.
