Peach Sorbet Without Maker (Print Version)

Smooth, fruity peach sorbet that requires no churning. Just blend, freeze and enjoy this refreshing summer dessert!

# Ingredients:

01 - 800 g peeled and sliced ripe yellow peaches, fresh or frozen
02 - 200 g caster sugar
03 - 1 tbsp lemon juice, to taste

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Slice the peaches into eighths and peel each slice.
02 - Place peach slices and caster sugar in the bowl of a food processor. Process until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
03 - Add lemon juice gradually to taste. Blend briefly to incorporate.
04 - Transfer the mixture to a shallow container and freeze for 6-7 hours or until firm.

01 - The ratio of fruit to sugar for the right consistency is 4:1 by weight.
02 - To scale the recipe, maintain the 4:1 fruit-to-sugar ratio.
