01 - 1.4 kilograms oranges, peeled, approximately 5 cups orange puree
02 - 200 grams granulated sugar

# How to Make It:

01 - Remove the peel from the oranges, ensuring as much of the white pith is removed as possible.
02 - Blend the peeled oranges with an immersion or stand blender to create a smooth puree.
03 - Transfer the orange puree to a saucepan. Stir in granulated sugar and add whole spices if using.
04 - Cook the mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until it thickens to a jam consistency, approximately 20–30 minutes. Test thickness by placing a small amount on a chilled plate; the jam should wrinkle slightly when pushed.
05 - Ladle the finished jam into sterilized canning jars. For long-term storage, process jars in a boiling water bath for 10 minutes or refrigerate for immediate use.
