Tender chicken in sweet-tangy balsamic sauce with fresh mozzarella and juicy tomatoes, all prepared in a single skillet.

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
02 - 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
03 - 2 tbsp honey
04 - 8 oz grape tomatoes
05 - 8 oz fresh mozzarella balls
06 - 2 tbsp olive oil
07 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
08 - Fresh basil, for garnish
09 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F.
02 - In a bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
03 - Toss grape tomatoes and mozzarella in another bowl; season with salt and pepper.
04 - Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper; cook until golden brown on both sides.
05 - Pour the balsamic sauce over the chicken and let it simmer briefly. Remove from heat and layer the tomato mixture over the chicken.
06 - Bake uncovered for 18-23 minutes until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
07 - Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh basil.
