Moist Banana Bread (Print Version)

A delightfully moist banana bread with rich flavor, easily customized with nuts or chocolate chips for extra sweetness.

# Ingredients:

01 - 3–4 medium ripe bananas
02 - 1 cup granulated sugar
03 - 1 large egg (room temperature)
04 - 2 cups all-purpose flour
05 - 1 teaspoon baking soda
06 - 1/2 teaspoon salt

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
02 - In a large bowl, mash ripe bananas until smooth.
03 - Stir in granulated sugar and egg until well combined.
04 - In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
05 - Fold the dry mixture into the wet mixture until just combined.
06 - Pour batter into the prepared pan. Optionally, add chocolate chips or nuts on top.
07 - Bake for about 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
