# How to Make It:

01 - Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add the potato gnocchi and cook according to package directions until they float to the surface. Drain well and set aside.
02 - In a spacious skillet over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until aromatic, avoiding browning.
