Melon and Pineapple Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups fresh pineapple, cubed
02 - 2 cups ripe cantaloupe or honeydew melon, cubed or balled
03 - 1–2 cups juicy watermelon, cubed or scooped (optional)
04 - 1 tbsp lime juice
05 - 1 tsp lime zest
06 - A handful of fresh mint or basil, chopped (optional)
07 - Pinch of salt

08 - Chili powder or Tajín
09 - Crumbled feta or goat cheese
10 - Toasted coconut flakes

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Wash and peel the pineapple, melon, and watermelon as needed. Cube or ball the fruit into bite-sized pieces.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine the fruit, lime juice, zest, and herbs if using. Gently toss until evenly coated.
03 - Refrigerate the salad for 15–30 minutes to allow flavors to meld and cool before serving.
04 - Just before serving, sprinkle with a pinch of salt and any optional toppings such as Tajín, cheese, or toasted coconut flakes.
