Wash and peel the pineapple, melon, and watermelon as needed. Cube or ball the fruit into bite-sized pieces.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the fruit, lime juice, zest, and herbs if using. Gently toss until evenly coated.

Refrigerate the salad for 15–30 minutes to allow flavors to meld and cool before serving.

Just before serving, sprinkle with a pinch of salt and any optional toppings such as Tajín, cheese, or toasted coconut flakes.
