# Ingredients:

07 - 4 gluten-free pita breads
08 - 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
09 - 1 cucumber, diced
10 - 1 red onion, thinly sliced

→ Tzatziki Sauce

11 - 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
12 - 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
13 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
14 - 1 clove garlic, minced

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Mix olive oil, dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add chicken thighs and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
02 - Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through (165°F/75°C).
03 - Mix Greek yogurt, crumbled feta cheese, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth.
04 - Slice the cooked chicken into strips. Spread tzatziki sauce on each pita, add chicken, and top with cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion. Roll tightly and enjoy.
