02 - 170 g vanilla cook and serve pudding mix
03 - 950 ml hot water

# How to Make It:

01 - In a large saucepan, combine orange gelatin powder, vanilla cook and serve pudding mix, and hot water.
02 - Place saucepan over medium heat and bring mixture to a boil, stirring frequently. Continue boiling and stirring until it turns a clear orange color, approximately 5 minutes.
03 - Pour the hot mixture into a large mixing bowl. Chill in the refrigerator until fully set, about 4 hours or overnight.
04 - Fold whipped topping into the chilled gelatin-pudding mixture until fully combined. A potato masher may be used for smoother consistency.
05 - Gently stir drained mandarin oranges into the mixture.
06 - Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
