# How to Make It:

01 - Prepare hash browns according to package or until golden and crisp on both sides. Transfer to a plate and set aside.
02 - In a non-stick pan over medium heat, whisk and scramble eggs until fully set. Season with salt and black pepper, then remove from heat.
03 - In a bowl, mash the avocado with a fork until smooth. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
