Lemon Garlic Chicken Skewers (Print Version)

Juicy grilled chicken with bright lemon-garlic flavors, served alongside a cool, creamy yogurt dip for the perfect summer meal.

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken skewers

01 - 280 g chicken breast, cut into cubes
02 - 30 mL olive oil
03 - 30 mL lemon juice
04 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
05 - 1 g dried oregano
06 - Salt and pepper to taste
07 - Wooden or metal skewers

→ Yogurt Dip

08 - 120 mL plain Greek yogurt
09 - 15 mL lemon juice
10 - 15 mL olive oil
11 - Pinch of salt

# Steps to Follow:

01 - In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken cubes and toss to coat. Cover and marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
02 - Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 20 minutes to prevent burning.
03 - Grill the skewers over medium heat for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden and cooked through.
04 - Whisk together Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, and a pinch of salt until creamy and smooth.
05 - Serve the chicken skewers hot, with the yogurt dip on the side for dunking.
