Chicken Bacon Ranch Taquitos (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
02 - 1 cup cream cheese, softened
03 - 1/2 cup ranch dressing
04 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
05 - 4-6 slices cooked bacon, chopped
06 - 1/2 cup green onions, finely sliced
07 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
09 - 1 teaspoon chili powder
10 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ Tortillas

11 - 4 large cheese tortillas (made from mozzarella cheese or low-carb alternative)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, chopped bacon, green onions, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
03 - Melt mozzarella cheese either in the microwave or on the stovetop until gooey. Use parchment paper and a spatula to shape the melted cheese into tortilla shapes.
04 - Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center of each tortilla. Roll tightly, tucking in the ends to secure the filling.
05 - Arrange rolled taquitos seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
06 - Let the taquitos cool for a few minutes before serving. Serve warm with additional ranch dressing, if desired.
