Juicy Blackstone Quesadilla Burger (Print Version)

Crispy tortillas filled with seasoned beef, melty cheddar, and tangy special sauce for an irresistible Mexican-American fusion meal.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound minced beef
02 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
03 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
04 - 1/4 cup chopped dill pickles
05 - 4 large tortillas (10 inches)
06 - 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
07 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
08 - 2 tablespoons ketchup
09 - 2 tablespoons finely chopped pickles
10 - 1 tablespoon finely diced onion
11 - 2 teaspoons white vinegar

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat your Blackstone Grill to medium-high heat, approximately 400°F. Add the ground beef to the grill and cook until it is no longer pink and fully cooked through. Season with salt and pepper while cooking.
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, chopped pickles, diced onion, and white vinegar. Stir until well combined and set aside.
03 - Place tortillas on the grill. Spread the special sauce on one half of each tortilla. Top with ground beef, chopped pickles, and shredded cheddar cheese. Fold the tortilla in half to form a quesadilla.
04 - Cook each quesadilla for 2-3 minutes on one side until golden brown. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until both sides are golden brown and the cheese has melted.
05 - Remove the quesadillas from the grill. Slice each quesadilla into 4 pieces and serve warm.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Already assembled quesadilla burgers are best eaten right away while the cheese is melty and the tortilla is crispy. Leftovers can be wrapped in foil and stored in the fridge for up to 2 days.
02 - You can prep the burger patties and special sauce up to 24 hours ahead. The sauce improves in flavor after chilling overnight.
03 - To reheat, warm the quesadillas on a griddle or skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side or in a 350°F oven wrapped in foil for about 10 minutes.
