→ Butter Mixture

02 - 120 grams unsalted butter, softened
03 - 1 tablespoon garlic powder
04 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
05 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
06 - 0.5 teaspoon salt
07 - 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper

→ Fillings

08 - 8 slices provolone cheese
09 - 225 grams sliced deli ham
10 - 60 grams shredded mozzarella cheese
11 - 25 grams grated Parmesan cheese
12 - 30 grams baby spinach (optional)
13 - 60 grams sliced pickles (optional)

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C. In a medium bowl, combine softened butter, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
02 - Place horizontally sliced sub rolls open-faced on a foil-lined baking sheet. Evenly spread the seasoned butter onto the inner sides of each roll.
03 - Arrange provolone cheese slices, deli ham, and baby spinach (if using) evenly over the base of the rolls. Add sliced pickles if desired. Top with shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan.
04 - Cover the filled rolls with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
05 - Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and rolls are golden.
06 - Allow sandwiches to cool slightly. Slice as desired and serve warm.

# Extra Tips:

01 - For a crispier crust, broil the open sandwiches for 1-2 minutes after removing the foil. Customize fillings with preferred deli meats or extra vegetables as desired.
