# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cucumbers, peeled and diced
02 - 2 green bell peppers, diced
03 - ½ red onion, finely diced
04 - 4 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
05 - ¾ cup zesty Italian dressing
06 - ½ cup sliced pepperoncini peppers
07 - ¼ cup roasted sunflower kernels
08 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder
09 - ½ teaspoon paprika
10 - ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Chop the cucumbers, bell peppers, onion, and eggs and add to a large bowl.
02 - Add the dressing, pepperoncini peppers, sunflower kernels, garlic powder, paprika, and ground black pepper and toss until evenly combined.
03 - Feel free to adjust the dressing amount or use a different flavor. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
