Juicy bone-in spiral ham coated with a sweet-spicy glaze of honey, orange marmalade, and aromatic spices for a spectacular meal.

# Ingredients List:

→ Main Dish

01 - 1 fully cooked bone-in spiral ham, 8 lbs
02 - 1 orange, sliced
03 - 1 cup orange juice

→ Orange Honey Glaze

04 - 1 cup dark brown sugar
05 - 1 cup honey
06 - 1/2 cup orange marmalade
07 - 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
08 - 1 tsp ground cinnamon
09 - 1/2 tsp nutmeg
10 - 1/2 tsp lemon pepper
11 - 1/2 tsp cloves
12 - 1 tsp salt

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
02 - In a shallow roasting pan, layer orange slices and pour in the orange juice.
03 - Place a roasting rack in the pan and add the spiral ham on top.
04 - In a saucepan over medium heat, combine brown sugar, honey, orange marmalade, dijon mustard, cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon pepper, cloves, and salt. Stir to combine.
05 - Bring the mixture to a slight bubble and let it simmer over medium heat for 4 minutes.
06 - Pour half the glaze over the ham and bake it uncovered for 50 minutes.
07 - Pour the remaining glaze over the ham and bake for an additional 20 minutes. Ensure the internal temperature reads 140°F (60°C).
08 - Remove the ham from the oven, tent it with foil, and let it rest for 15-20 minutes to allow the juices to redistribute.
09 - Carve the ham and serve it with the remaining glaze on the side.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Resting the ham ensures a juicier texture. Covering the ham loosely with foil prevents it from drying out.
