                Boil the carrots in a pot of water for 5-7 minutes until tender.

                In a saucepan, melt the butter and stir in the honey and brown sugar.

                Toss the boiled carrots in the prepared glaze and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
