Honey Glazed Carrots Thanksgiving (Print-Friendly Version)

01 - 450 g fresh medium-sized carrots, peeled and cut into 5 cm pieces

→ Glaze

02 - 60 ml pure honey
03 - 30 g unsalted butter
04 - 0.25 tsp ground cinnamon
05 - Salt, to taste
06 - Black pepper, to taste

# How to Make It:

01 - Set oven temperature to 200°C and allow to fully preheat.
02 - In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Stir in honey, ground cinnamon, salt, and pepper until fully combined.
03 - Transfer carrot pieces to a large mixing bowl. Pour honey glaze over carrots and toss thoroughly to ensure even coating.
04 - Arrange glazed carrots in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Roast for 25 to 30 minutes, tossing once midway, until carrots are tender and caramelized.
05 - Plate carrots while warm and drizzle with any remaining glaze. Serve immediately.
