# Ingredients:

01 - 4 pounds pork spareribs
02 - ½ cup honey
03 - ¼ cup soy sauce
04 - ¼ cup distilled white vinegar
05 - 2 tablespoons brown sugar
06 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
07 - 1 teaspoon baking soda
08 - 1 teaspoon garlic salt

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
02 - Cut the pork spareribs into individual pieces.
03 - In a large bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, and minced garlic until the honey and sugar dissolve completely. Add the baking soda and allow the mixture to foam.
04 - Toss the sliced ribs in the bowl, coating them thoroughly with the sauce.
05 - Line a cookie sheet with foil. Arrange the ribs meat-side up and drizzle any remaining sauce over them. Sprinkle garlic salt on top.
06 - Bake the ribs in the preheated oven for 1 hour, turning them every 20 minutes to ensure even cooking.
