# Ingredients List:

→ Main

01 - 900 g chicken breast or thighs, diced

→ Sauce

02 - 80 ml soy sauce
03 - 60 ml honey
04 - 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
05 - 2 tablespoons cornstarch

→ Aromatics

06 - 6 cloves garlic, minced

→ Garnish and Serving

07 - 2 green onions, thinly sliced
08 - Sesame seeds, for garnish
09 - Red pepper flakes, to taste (optional)

→ Optional Additions

10 - Broccoli florets (optional)
11 - 1 tablespoon brown sugar, for a richer sauce (optional)
12 - Bell peppers, sliced (optional)

# How to Make It:

01 - In a large bowl, combine diced chicken, soy sauce, and half of the minced garlic. Toss well, cover, and allow to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
02 - In a separate bowl, whisk together honey, rice vinegar, and cornstarch until fully incorporated. Set aside.
03 - Heat a drizzle of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove chicken from the pan and set aside.
04 - In the same pan, add remaining minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. Pour in the prepared sauce mixture, stirring constantly until it thickens and becomes glossy.
05 - Return the cooked chicken to the pan, tossing to coat thoroughly in the sauce. Finish with sliced green onions, sesame seeds, and red pepper flakes if desired. Serve hot over steamed rice, optionally garnished with broccoli florets or bell peppers.

# Extra Tips:

01 - For deeper flavor, marinate the chicken for up to 2 hours, and add brown sugar to enhance the sauce's richness.
